mix
2 cups shortening
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
add in
2 cups sour cream
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (or less)
2 tsp soda
mix well then sift in 10 cups of flour. might need to start using hands
let chill for 1 hour
roll out and cut
bake for 7-9 minutes depending on thickness at 375*
